Oil Capacity 350cc

I can't really find a clear capacity for the 350cc Robin engine. I see the refill amount of 1.4 qts for an oil change, but I am finishing up a rebuild and it is empty. I have no dipstick, it's in the mail still, and I want to get it buttoned up as best as possible until then.

1.5 exactly from bone dry is the factory spec
