Default And I will name you "project WTF?!"

Well the further I dig deeper into this cart the more I find out how stupid the previous owner(s) are. I paid next to nothing...450.00 for 2 carts. So the 86 was the easiest to get running and it ran decent until you hit a hill or started out. But once it got moving it ran pretty good, until you hit a hill. Top end had been redone, well Atleast the rings for sure. Seals looked decent. So while I was taking the carb and reed cage off I managed to find a large shop rag sucked up or jammed into the reed cage. Reeds and cage look almost new. So I'm thinking did the PO stuff the tag into the reed cage area while he cleaned and rebuilt the carb and fuel pump? And hopefully this is the reason why it was losing power. Surprisingly the engine isn't demolished due to the rag soaking up the majority of the oil. Hopefully I can slap this back together tomorrow and it runs ok
