How do I set the timing on this 87
I put the new bearings in it and crank seals but I didn't mark were the timing was. How do I find it again

Pages L 12, and L 13.
There are also indentations to line up on the plate and mounting area. The screws are pretty much in the middle of the slots. |

yes i think thats it an could you tell me if i take a test light from the pos side of bat an touch it to the red wire of the pulsar an it lights up an on the blue side it does not does that mean it is grounding out or is that normal
