Default 87 ezgo Runs with no power

I Ripped apart my 87 motor all new bearings crank shaft seals and rings. Cleaned the carb and and clutch out really good put it all back together and it ran amazing. The kids rode it around for 2 days at the camp site and then when going up the hill it lost all power. It will just barely idle forward or reverse. I checked the fuel its full to the top. I pulled apart the carb all holes seem clean. I pulled apart the fuel pump no rips all looked good. I put it back together still runs the same. All my fuel lines are tight. I was able to blow threw them and yes sucked in a mouthful. It had about a half a tank when it died so it went threw half of it so same fuel so I think I can rule out bad fuel. It went from running great to crap instantly. It happened in 2 seconds.

Now if I remove the air filter hose going to my carb and choke it out with my hand I can get it to run like a bat out of hell again. I'm asuming its drawing more fuel because the suction is restricted.

I'm at a loss on whats wrong. What did I miss?

I don't think it's drawing more fuel. I think it's drawing less air.

At first I thought it damaged another crankshaft seal.

Second thought was maybe bolts came loose allowing an air leak.

Cylinder bolts. Head bolts. Reed cage, and manifold bolts.

Carburetor bolts. The plug in the manifold where the injector banjo fitting was.

Those are a few things to check, because it sounds like it is sucking air.

The tank is about 4 gallons. Two gallons of gas in 2 days sounds like a lot, unless they were running nonstop all day long.
I run the crap out of mine, and 1 gallon lasts for weeks.

Also remember these were designed to run a few hundred yards cool, and then go again.
