89 EZGO Marathon nose clip
Hi I've been following the site for some time and now I can use some help. I have an 89 EZGO Marathon 244CC Robins and a novice when it comes to mechanical issue. I'm learning slowly so that's a plus. One of my simple issues is that the nose clip was busted up by the previous owner. I have a nice replacement piece and figured it would be an easy install. I was wrong. I cant seem to get at the 9 bolts holding the old clip in place. They are hidden within the frame. Sorry no pics. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: 89 EZGO Marathon nose clip
Just took one off. Lay on your back and use a small socket and a wrench on the nut. or vise versa depending on which direction they were installed. It takes forever. Slow and steady. Thats what I did.

Re: 89 EZGO Marathon nose clip
Thanks biggie1976. I actually just manipulated the wrench and socket and it worked. Very slow process. Now trying to install new clip with lights. I expect another slow process.
