Can anyone please help me? Where do you these lines run and what do they controle?

The single cable on top is from the accelerator pedal. The spring and lever that are going into the axle are part of the governor. The linkage rod that is near that will go to more linkage that controls the carburator throttle shaft.
The two verticle cables on the single bar are your forward neutral reverse shifting cables. It looks like you have a briggs or something in there and not the stock motor. If so many folks will hook up the accelerator cable to the engines governor bypassing the governor in the rear axle for more top speed. |
