Default 94 295cc rebuild again?

Last year the 94 pre mci 4 cycle got hard to crank. Sure enough, torn it down and it was worn bad! Had to go with .50 over kit to get all the scratches out of the cylinders. Ran pretty good until lately and has got hard to crank again. No power at low rpm. After the rpm comes up it gets much better. Compression was 100 and 121. Surely it's not gone again this fast. Tore it back apart today and rings worn bad along with wear in cyl. Really! Question is, do they make a kit larger than .50? Do they make oversize rings for .50 over? Do I have a piece of junk now or is there any other options ? I'm still wondering why it wore out so fast. You could take the fill cap off and blow oil everywhere so it was getting plenty oil. Air filter still looks like it did after the 1st rebuild (new). Should I try to find a block and start over, or buy a re-built engine.
