Default 88 ez-go won't turn over?

I had a 1988 ez-go Textron givin to me. I put a battery in it and it wouldn't turn over, I did put power directly to the solenoid with jumper cables and it turned over and had fire. I replaced the solenoid thinking that was the problem and It still won't turn over. It has a new ignition also. My question is what do I check next?

I'd start with the gas pedal micro switch circuit.

The activation circuit draws power from the large solenoid lug that connects directly to the battery.
From there there these are all hooked in a series. Inline fuse, key switch, pedal microswitch, neutral safety microswitch mounted on the FWD/REV switch, and then wire to small terminal of the solenoid.

I would say the fuse, or one of the two microswitches.

Good news changed the pedal micro switch and it turns over and gets fire. So now it's time to work on the fuel system. Just ordered a new carb I hope it works.
