Default No fuel pressure 3pg 89 244cc

I have search the forms trying to figure out and have tried a lot of things in them forms. I rebuilt my Robin 3PG 1989 engine. It was running like a champ until a week ago when the head gasket/head back off I retighten the head studs back down and now I'm not getting fuel pressure I did not change the head gasket I just tighten the bolts back down. I am not getting fuel pressure to the diaphragm and I know these motors are ran off a crank pressure I took the diaphragm off and checked it. it is in working order. I put my hand/finger back there as I turn over the engine to see if I can feel any air moving in or out I can feel a little bit not much. The crank seal seem to be fine so my question is why am I not getting crank pressure and how strong does the crane pressure have to be to supply the fuel pressure. Thanks

Because there is also a seal under the flywheel.

So now I'm getting fuel and it'll take off and run real strong for about 10 seconds then when I go to climb a hill and loses power or just runs out of power. It also takes it a minute to start it sets there and ask like it wants to start and then it just takes off And then I lose power

The pressure fuel coming up out of the pump should shoot up a few inches with the hose off. The crank pressure coming out of the hole with the pump removed is quite strong. It was described to me as it will push your finger off the hole. If it isn't you need to check that crank seal behind the flywheel. Read the post linked above where we worked out my issues....FYI any auto parts store will have a puller for the flywheel (I used a cross arm puller from advance for 15.99 and 2 M6 by 65mm bolts from lowes)
