running but no power

I have now put the GM HEI in the system with a New correct
coil for this motor. It will start be has no power and will
not rev very high at all. I think it may be a bad battery only
have 12.2 V when fully charged, when cranking the Engine
it drops to about 9.8V, If I have a Battery charger on it seems
to be a little better but not right yet.

Is the EZGO coil weak with less than 12.5V?

I am trying another charger on the battery to see if that helps

Hows the Alternator/generator? That should be putting out way more than 9.8V when running. What year cart?
