Default bad boy buggy HELP please

I have a 2013 Bad Boy Buggy Ambush IS. it will not start in gas. when i hit the start button green lights turn to red. I have been trying to troubleshoot and looks like the shifting actuator is not in proper position. I am trying to get this going before a trip on Friday for daughters birthday. Please if anyone willing to walk me through some diagnostics i would greatly appreciate. I have some knowledge on meters, mechanical, etc. but i am not a golf cart technician. Please help. my daughter is having 9th birthday and looking forward to using this on campaign trip

I think of simple solutions first & I would check & make sure the 12volts is there on the single 12volt battery that works the gas engine since most all other controls work from the multi-battery pack. Check it while you push the start button in case it is a very weak battery & voltage drops under load.

Sure hope you can get it going & that daughter doesn't have to be disappointed!

Here'e a page out of my service manual about calibrating the Direction Selector Actuator. You mentioned the light turning red & that caught my attention as the lights turn red while making this calibration.

Good Luck !
