Removing body from 02 EZGO
How do you remove body to paint ? Where are all the rivits ? I really want to paint ! Thanks, Milo

I'm not sure about the rear body. But on the front one, you'll need to drill all the rivets from the dash panel, and there are also two (1 on each side) behind the rocker covers.

Front Cowl;
Remove rivets across the top instrument panel, plus two rivets on the bottom of cowl. remove the name plate and there will be two more rivets and it should come off Back body; pull up the mat and there is rivets across the floor remove them,then remove two rivets on each side under rocker panels, remove screws holding on the bumber, and on the side of the bumper there should be two more rivets on the bumper to the frame, also remove the seat brackets they also hold on the body. |
