My 3pg rebuild
Well if you have followed my other thread you know the situation I'm in. I'm new to the golf cart world, but have spent time are this type of thing my whole life. I'll highlight this build in hopes it will help others looking to do a first time rebuild and ask for suggestions along the way

Re: My 3pg rebuild
Motor is mostly torn down, I will wait to split the cases till the rebuild kit comes in. The skirts on the cylinder were cracked and I did not like the wear. The crank had a slight movement... and I mean slight up and down. You could not see it at all.... just feel a small tick. At this point I felt full crank, bearings, jug, position and rings were my best route.

Re: My 3pg rebuild
Ok, now a few questions, torque specs... any suggestions on where to find these? Has anyone done mild port work on one of these motors, and if not do you feel this could be beneficial? Anything you feel I'm missing or suggestions please feel free to add to this thread.
