1990 3PG clutch issue

I had 18x8.50x8 rib tires on this cart and it pulled and had power from stop to full speed . Now that I put 20x10x8 tires on this cart its slow power taking off real boggy . I ordered spring and weight kit from gboost tech (was Earlandson tech.) and its the red spring for the drive and the orange for the driven and weights for the drive clutch . The weights that came with the kit are 74 grams and the weights on my ezgo factory clutch are 61 grams. Im afraid if I put these on it will make the engine bog down even more so. Do I need to take some grams off of the ezgo weights or just change the springs . I was reading the forum here about a gold for the drive and a red for the driven. would the red for the drive and orange for the driven clutch be to much that came with the kit . Very confused here on what to do. (CKSDEZ9 ) 9hp / 11hp #72054-G01 belt w/20’’– 24’’ Tires this is the kit they sent me .
