I just bought the head light & tail light kit from Tom at Dixie Sales, that is one nice guy to deal with, but I have a question on the templates,is it best to cut them out of cardboard first ? I really don`t want to screw this up, as I won`t get a second chance, if anyone has pics that would be great. Thanks, you guys are the greatest ! milo { PS, kit is for a 02 ezgo txt}

I used the paper templates on my G22. I put carbon paper against the body and then traced the template. Then I took the template off and took a jigsaw to it.

For plastic, I use an old knife heated red hot. Cuts great with no mess.
