Default 1993 EZ-GO, fuel issue?

I have 1993 ergo, last night it lost power. In order to really go needed to partially open choke and hold slightly open to go. With out choke it rev's and then just bogs down. For a little history within the last month to 2 have replaced coil, plugs, Carb, fuel filter, compression was good then. Has ran like a charm since those were installed.
Today I added a small amount of carb/injector cleaner to gas and improved some but has a small backfire when we slow down to turn.
I have a new fuel pump that I ordered 2 months ago but didn't install as it was determined that the coil was only bad. Any suggestions, thanks!

Question Re: 1993 EZ-GO, fuel issue?

It sounds like fuel filter issue to me. When you partially choke it and slow down you would have unburned fuel and they do backfire sometimes,

Check your rubber fuel lines..just because they look good, don't mean they are.
if they have cracking or older than you know replace them fuel will break em down and clog up your carb. Take the bowl of the carb and make sure there isn't any crap int there.

Thanks for input, replaced fuel pump and both gas and vacuum lines. While replacing line found a bolt had stripped out of new Carb causing to suck air.
