Default I'm buying a EZGO Project

I'm buying a 1992 Ezgo golf cart with a 6" lift. The owner says throttle cable needs to be mounted, because when the throttle is completely depressed in reality you would only being 3/4 of throttle. There is small (the diameter of a pencil) rusty toward the bottom of the cart, but its only in a few places. My plan for it is to, prime it and make is a glossy black. I will prolly get a GMC logo to put on the hood and DENALI logos to put on the side. I know I called Cuyahoga County (Cleveland OH) Highway patrol center to ask about it getting street legal, the sheriff said that as long as it passes the inspection they will issue my a Inspection passed paper so i can go to the BMV to get the plates. I know i need to get headlight, brake lights, seat belts, turn signals, probably a rear license brake light.

What do you guys think?!
