Default Different airbox / filter?

Has anyone ever replaced the peculiar air box and filter on their EZGO Gas with something like a cone filter or something else?

Default Re: Different airbox / filter?

Some workhorse carts had a flexible pipe that vented it to the firewall into the passenger compartment. Don't know why
ezgo didn't do them all like that, rather than sucking up dirt and dust in the engine compartment from the flywheel fan...

see the louvers?
