Default Workhorse Rear End on TXT

I need a rear end for a 99 TXT. I have a chance to buy one or several EZGO workhorses, 2000's model range.

Generally speaking, will the work horse rear ends be interchangeable with the 99 TXT, if so, can anyone tell me which years?

On a side note, the people with the workhorses discarded the engines (but they are practically giving the workhorses away), so if I buy, I have no cores . Other than Vegas Carts type conversion, is there any source for the Robin Engines?

I am probably not going to touch these other than maybe get one for the rear end.

Note that the workhorse had a slightly lower gear ratio than the TXT to compensate for the anticipated heavier loads. This will give you more pulling power but result in slightly slower top speed.

That is what I need, I have 22" tires and a 6:1 rear end now (previous owner). So, will it fit?

PS: Got the Solenoids you sent (to Alabama) yesterday, thanks.

I rebuilt the 295 last summer, but now I have bought a 350 I plan on building with a little hop-up to put in cart.

I am near Atl. ga whats the deal on the work horse for sale?

Really not looking to sell the engine but find a new build for it.

Want to do a LOW_RIDER this time

I have 4 of them, only one has an engine, they have dump beds, various year models.

I would Glady trade one without an engine for running EZGO engine that will fit workhorse or Kawasaki FE290 engine for 2000 Club car

The 350 I bought came out of a work horse, I seen the cart. Thinking it was a 1997- 1998, The engine and the mounts look just like the ones in my TXT.

The front engine mount just bolts in farther back on the frame of the work horse because of the longer wheel base.

Now if I traded my engine for your work horse with out an engine I would be in the same shape as you!!

All dressed up and can't GO

Now I may be willing to do a trade with the one with a engine even if it needs rebuilt.

It was just a thought if they were cheep!! I really want a TXT to build a low rider with.
