Set valve lash to .004" and take carb apart and give it a good cleaning

GOOD advice!

If the intake valve does not open correctly it will have a effect on the draw of fuel/air at carb.

If the cart sat this winter the carb may need to be cleaned. Very common issue.

Assuming the air filter is reasonably clean, putting it in and the cart fails to run or runs like it has the choke on means the carb is running rich. Follow the previous advice posted.

Thanks for the advice I took the carb apart and cleaned it and it still didn't work but ended up getting new carb, put it on and it runs great. Thanks
