Does anyone have a step by step diagram of how to test my whole electrical system. I need to go through it all step by step.

What function are you trying to diagnose? Starting / charging system, ignition / spark, lights and accessories? Some of the testing is dependent on other functions working.

I lost spark after changing my starter generator and I cant seem to narrow down what's wrong. I know I wired the s/g in backwards somehow but even after fixing it I still have no spark at the plugs. I figured to check every wire out if it means getting my cart running.

Your cart doesn't have points, or a condenser.

I put my meter on the positive side of the coil wire and I get 12.9 volts.
