Default Gas EZGO -Runs fine, then randomly bogs down, then fine

Hi everyone!

I had a quick question, maybe someone can lead me in the right direction.
I have an 94 EZGO Marathon Liberty 4 stroke. Runs like a top, but sometimes randomly it will bog down and reduce to an idle....even with the pedal to the floor....does not stall though.
If i let of the pedal and then press down again, she runs normal like nothing happened.

Any ideas? Thanks!!!!

Sounds to me like you have restricted gas flow. Check your gas tank and make sure you don't have something floating around plugging you siphon tube.

Thanks, I will check the tank. I had replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump about 3 years ago.

You can take the line off the fuel pump going to the carburetor and check your fuel flow. Put something to catch the fuel in and watch to see that you have fuel coming out about 2” in a pulsing mode. Is what my Manuel says for my 295
