Default flooding

working on a 1989 ezgo gas. i have rebuilt the engine, new fuel pump, new carburetor, filters. when i started it it took a while for the fuel to pick up then started right up. turned it off as i had no exhaust on it. Tried to start it again, no start. fuel is running out the exhaust as i crank it. ?????:thumb down:

If it has spark I would suspect the float level in the carburetor, maybe needle valve stuck open?

Also did you try pulling the plugs then winding it over for a bit, dry the plugs re-install and try again?
