External starter means much newer than 1971. It almost looks like there is a 2nd microswitch on the FnR switch. That would make it 86-87. Can't see the entire exhaust.
EZGO badge placement says 87, but that is not 100%. |

What parts are you looking for ? This looks like a 2 pg Robbins . Like cart around said it does look close to an 87 or 88 ezgo

So I changed the plug took the carb of an the reed valve out spray a little on the crank an rod rotate by hand for a bit put back together hook the battery up spray a bit of gas in the carb
An fire right up next step is to take the tank out an clean an change all the gas lines plus a new carb the one on is wore out |
