2017 L6 showing 3750 max rpm
i bought a cheap tachometer and hour meter on ebay. the default setting is 1 fire per revolution. I thought a 4-stroke was every other revolution. But, 3750 sounds about right for around 25mph. i don't believe it's possible that the engine is actually spinning 1/2 as much or twice as much. so, i think i've got the right setting.
i believe i read somewhere that 4k rpm is about max for these motors. how do we feel about 3750rpm? should i back off the throttle some? |
