dumb question, but did you check your battery voltage? You may have an electrical issue causing a voltage drain. Mine has had this problem.

I am having a similar issue with my 2011 EZGO
I was on it yesterday, left my camper stopped and chatted with some friends at camp for about 15minutes..stepped on the pedal and nothing. It's intermittent but has been acting up this season. I usually just lift up the seat and roll the belt some on the starter generator and then it will start again. HELP!

If turning the starter a bit helps (by way of the belt), you may need new brushes in the starter/generator.

If you roll the belt and move the generator, then it starts - you're starter generator needs rebuilt. I took mine to a local place that does car starters. Cost me $125 a couple years ago, runs like a top. Might as well have them rebuild it now if you are already doing that. When you turn it by hand, you're essentially jsut finding a good "spot." Eventually all of the good "spots" wear off and you have to rebuild it anyways. That is how it was explained to me by the guy at the shop

I have 12 .5 volts and I put in new brushes last year. so it could be the solenoid or forward & revers switch.

Or a brush is hanging. Next time it does it push on each of the rubber brush covers and see if it starts. If yes, well I think you know..
