Default Hardware for rear flip down seat?

My rear flip down is in rough shape... It has shoulder bolts that are bent... It squeaks and rattles badly. What do you guys recommend for squaring this thing back up and silencing it?

Thanks!

Whatever kind of bolts/nuts you go with, use the nylock nuts and maybe a rubber or nylon spacer between the bolt and seat hardware. Maybe that'll quite it down for you.

On our custom electric long range hunting buggies....We weld the seat kit together, adding braces for the extended end when the bed is open. Rubber door gasket material works great. Our hunting customers demand QUIET and we deliver. Even a solenoid click drives them crazy,

I get you a pic, currently our carts are at our local Buck a Rama show. We have folks at the show to "Meet & Greet" but i would rather be working,
There is about 9 1/2" of unsupported flip seat so Basically the horizontal angle frame that provides the landing area for the flip seat is extended out some 8", than a new leg is added from the footplate up to this angle. The bed can than carry a load all the way out to the edge. Other braces are added to the underside of the bagwell for the 2 existing vertical legs.
Some of our crazy hunting buddies will put a lawn chair on the open flip seat & shoot using the roof as a support.
I will try to post a pic next week
