How Does One Determine If The Engine Is 295cc Or 350cc. I Have A 97 Ezgo.

At the base of the engine the size will be cast or stamped in the block, it will say either eh29(295) or eh35(350). These codes should also be on any tags that are on the engine.

If it's just a plain TXT cart, then it probably has the 295.

Just a plain cart. Not a Workhorse utility vehicle or anything of that nature.
TXT is the model of the cart. Just like a Ford Bronco, it's an E-Z-GO TXT. I suppose there's a slim chance of it being a Medalist, but it's most likely a TXT. If it has a plastic body, then it's a TXT. If it has a metal body and it's a 97, then it's a Medalist. |

Check the frame too, people like to swap the medalist bodys out with the TXT bodys so dont be fooled!!
