Default New Member w Engine Problems

Smile High from Northern CAl.
Hello club members,
Just got into golf carts, love this new sport. Building this sand demon for BURNING MAN 2009 in the Nevada dessert.
It will be CAMO w lots of gadgets, gauges & upgrades
I have a gas 1989 EZGO Freedom.
Just rebuilt carb, new fuel lines, fuel pump, oil pump, new gaskets and seals, belts, battery, plug and wire, coil & points seems to be ok. Yes and clean gas. Looking for a new reed valve, this seems to have a little ware.
Cannot get it to run right
Starts runs great for 10 minutes then dies.

Does anyone recognize this problem???
