power problems
power problems. cart runs on level ground but will not climb a hill.i just put new intake valves and rings in the engine .I have the same compression as before i put in the rings and valves.the compression is 120 on both cilinders i know it should be arround 150 but it should pull better than it does please help me if you can .thanks
