Default drive belt width?

Installing power max 16hp in txt. I have the new engine cradle roughed in and have comet 780 on the engine. trying to see if I can get a belt long enough to make this work without raising the engine higher and removing gas tank/air cleaner and stock muffler off of this engine.
Unable to find a belt long enough with the correct width which i believe is 1 3/16. I have found a few belts that would be long enough however are 1 1/4 or 1 3/8 inch wide, would this work or cause a problem?

Might have some issues with the 1 1/4" but I think it would work. you would probably gain some low end gearing cause it would ride higher in the driven clutch,. might loose some top end cause it may not go in as far in on the driven. It may want to start to go when the engine cranks (could tend to catch some in the drive clutch). Your only talking 1/16" difference in width with a 1 1/4" belt.
