Question Rumble on slow down

I have just started to get a rumble on my 2003 EZGO. Now as you idle and come to a stop, with or without brakes being applied, there is a serious rumble. The feeling is like running over a wash board or those cuts the DOT puts on the side of the highway to alert you that you've run off the road again.
Please help. What do I need to start looking for?
Thanks,
Bud

First place i'd start looking would be the input shaft on the rear. from what your describing sounds like somethings getting ready to fly all to sh!t. i'm thinking gears starting not to mesh correctly. maybe driven clutch loose or somthing also

Thanks Jon, I am not seeing anything from the outside. It looks like I will need to start searching inside.

Bud, i'm not 100% sure about that, I know you just put that new engine in, maybe somethings going on with it. have you checked its mounts

yep, I checked all of the bolts, found nothing that would be attributing to the rumble. The drive clutch screw was a little loose, but I see no harm with it.
