Starter continuing to run 95 Workhorse
Just started doing this, when I let off the gas pedal, the starter runs for a couple of seconds, maybe four at most, then stops. I looked at the diagram, looks like all it could be is the solenoid. Is there something else? The little micro switch is clicking on/off perfectly, linkage seems fine also. It did it a couple of times, then now is doing it everytime. Thanks in advance for some experienced advice!! Woody

Sounds like the solenoid may be sticking. How old is it? It is a relatively cheap item to replace.
