Re: drive clutch question
well 3,400 R's is not to much, the 94c was never a very good clutch i my opinion! they can't take to much dirt. step up to a 780

Re: drive clutch question
Just a guess- does the sliding sheave (inner-on the outside 1/2) bind, it should slide free?

Re: drive clutch question
do you agree Dooms that the 94 duster clutch is better matched to a snowmobile setup with a cleaner environment.

Re: drive clutch question
it opens and closes fine. it has blown the cover off once and shot them through the cover once.otherwise it seems to open to far and 1 or more of the weights get jammed

Now this clutch has come apart and so far you have been lucky that it hasn't taken out other parts or fuel lines or god forbid a chunk of you. I think you are at a spot that requires you to spend some money on a new clutch, belt and the time to check all alignment, spacing, correct belt, correct Calibration (spring, pucks) and motor mounts and snubber. GOOD LUCK. |
