Simply boring it out or getting a new one to get rid of any imperfections in it. The jug is another name for the cylinder.

i will be getting that machined tomorrow. im pretty excited to see how it will run, i hope it hauls ***, lol. hey my oil injection went out, what ratio should i mix the oil with the gas?

The standard ratio is 128:1

I really dont think the exhaust does much for this engine. Even if it is a 2 stroke, it runs like such a dog the expansion chamber size doesn't really matter.

Thats standard... if you are going to be driving it any longer than 10-15 min at a time, mix it 1.5OZ to 1GAL gas... it is about 96:1. The extra oil helps lubricate at higher temps!

yeah they did get even bigger towards the mid 70's my year is the same bodystyle as the 68-71 lincolns. the 460 c.i. V8 in it pumps out the most hp out of any continental @ 365 hp and 410 f.t. l.b.s. torque stock.

why is it that they use so much less oil than say a dirt bike or other 2 strokes?

any other suggestions to make my ez go finely tuned off road machine? i plan on welding the axle so its locked. has anyone ever done that on a cart?
