what is this worth

i am going to look at a 2006 EZGO gas TXT stock
it is supposed to have light use and low hours

he is asking $2650 for it.

i would need to add the lift, tires, lights, folding rear seat, etc... to make it what i want.

is that a great price, fair price, bad price???

Engine compression and clutch wear are the $$$ items. No difference between the 2002 and 2006

FYI - Inventory value is about $150.00 to $200.00 per model year.
