Cool Fuel pump not pumping gas 1989 EZGO 2 cycle

The cart ran fine untill it got flipped over jumping a dirt pile. The next week I couldn't get it to start. Could not get fuel to pump, replaced the fuel filter and old fuel line.
I rebuilt the fuel pump with a new kit it still won't pump gas very well
how much will it pump. If the crank seals are out will that cause this problem.

They dont move a bunch of fuel and yes if the seals are blown it wont work well at all. Take off the pump and blow smoke into the case to check the seals.

Check your reed valve assembly. If it flipped, it could have dislodged contanimation into the reed valve assembly, causing the loss of crankcase pressure resulting in a loss of pressure to pump fuel.
