Default Horsepower rating for rear axle?

I have a 105 H.P. engine that I'd like to put in my cart but I'm not sure the tranny and rear axle could handle it. Any idea? It's a Rotax 440. Originaly 90 H.P. but 105 H.P. now.

I would install it and see. If you don't go big with the tires they may spin before you tear up parts. You lose about 40-45% of you crank rating in the clutches and rear end. SO you'd be looking at 60 hp. You may have a harder time tearing up the rear end than you think. They are stout, your cart is light and is geared low. Bigger tire will slow the acceleration while increasing top speed. I doubt you need more top speed. Have fun with it. The alternatives?
I don't know what's available in this size, it probably cost $$$ and yours may work.
If you want someone to install it in their cart to test, you can give me a call. It would be fun in a workhorse.

I have a 377? rotax in my garage (35hp) complete w exhaust, clutch and all.
I was looking for a smaller cart for that. I have a workhorse and it's a little heavier than a TXT or ? Good Luck!
