Default 295 or 350 ???

I bought a cart and ordered a dipstick for it because the rubber was almost gone on the old one. The timing plate on the side of the engine said 295cc so that's the dipstick I ordered. When it came in it didn't match the one I have. Mine looks like a 350cc dipstick. I think the previous owner may have changed motors. How do I tell which I have? It's a 2001 EZGO model #E101. I don't know what kind of cart it is. It's my first one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you post a pic of your cart, your engine and both dipsticks?

Is there a tag on the side of your motor (Timing belt side)?

EH29 = 295cc
EH35 = 350cc

Yeah, Yeah!!! I know it's a beater but you got to start somewhere. Besides, I got it for $500.00 and everything works.

A mechanic I talked to said it's and older non-MCI 295. Still doesn't explain the dipstick difference. The top one is the new one and the rubber collar on it is smaller than the old one. ( It fits loosely in the whole). That didn't sound good huh? Two different oil depth levels too.

Maybe if you eat more fiber? It wouldn't fit so loosely in the hole .......
Are you sure you got the right forum?????
