Default Not lifted adding a rear seat?

Can I still add a rear seat if my cart is not lifted? And do I need heavy duty leaf springs or trim the wheel wells?

Rear seats go on non lifted carts all the time HD springs are needed or your tires will rub the body

HD springs should be added for ANY addition to the rear other than the golf bag holder, lifted or not

We drove ours for a while with the factory springs. I don't think it ever bottomed out on the tires even with everyone on board. But once we put the springs on man what a differnece.

If the carts brand new, you could do that for a while. It wouldn't take long for them to sag.
When you order a 2+2 the springs are part of the package. The aftermarket seat kits are not.
