Default Stage One of The Air Ride Cart

Well I thought as i wait for my connecting rod to come I might as well start on the air ride mods that i got to do and so I started on the front being that my buddy thinks that will be the hard area and found that it was not too bad. I took out the leaf springs and made some control arms to get the pivot I needed and bam She goes low and high . Its funny I was dragin my feet on this project but once I sat the front end back on and saw what it looked like that low, I was smilein like a 12 year old that saw his first set of hooters . It would go lower but the tie rods hit the control arms and that all I get, So if anyone got any ideas I would love to hear them All that needs done in the front is the air bag mounts and she'll be done in the front and then its time to start on the rear.

Have you tried moving the inner tierods to the top of the pitman arm? That should give you more clearance but not sure if the pitman is tappered or straight bore. Could heat the pitman arm and bend it up, depends how low ya wanna go.
Looks good, I'll be watching this one.

That could work but looking at it I dont know if I'll want to go any lower because of tire rub. But I'll keep that idea in mind. Thanks

the only problem you will have with the baggs on the front. is the front of the cart dont weigh much they have trouble droping fast. you may have to add a little weight. it take a little playing around but when there done they are a blast...
