Default Slow down my Workhores

Any tips on slowing down my 98 workhorse. It goes 22mph and kids have crashed before. I would love a youth/adult selector.

Do what I did when my kids were young - Make some rules!!! If they got caught being foolish, they were not allowed to drive!

Seriously, there isn't a wat to make quick back and forth changes, but if you can live with the slower speed, just adjust OUT the back of the govenor spring over the rear end. You'll need a 1/2" and a 3/8"...

Did you get your parts?

A big paddle, or block of wood under the pedal sloted to install and with a no tamper screw to prevent removel.

Rules were in place but....trees still managed to find the cart.

I had considered the pedal block idea, but turning out the govenor may be the ticket

Yes, I got the parts. All looks good, and I hope to install next week. Thanks Mike
