Re: Front alignment question
What kind of lift do you have on your cart? You could of bent your axle, or maybe your tie rod. It is hard to tell for sure. If you bent the tire rod, then maybe you can adjust it a little, do you maybe have some pics of the front?

Re: Front alignment question
Thanks for getting back to me. It is a Terra Toy coilover front suspension. The only pics I have right now our under my profile. One pic kida shows the front. If that does not help, I can take some more pics later when I get home from work. Thanks

Woodkitten
I am not familiar tera's suspension, maybe some of the other guys will chime in shortly, you may have bent a arm or the spindle, not for sure. Wish I had more help for you on this one. Mark |

Re: Front alignment question
I can tell you how to align the tow but not the caster and camber if you messed that up.

Re: Front alignment question
The spindle is what your wheels pivot around on each side. They tilt forward(positive caster) to keep the cart going straight. Camber is the fact they lean in.

Re: Front alignment question
It will certainly wear your tires fast if it's out of alignment too much.

Re: Front alignment question
Again thanks for getting back to me. Here are some pictures of the front shocks and alignment. In my opinion the bolts look bent. I am not sure of the terms but any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope this could be an easy fix for a novice. thanks

Re: Front alignment question
That washer looks like it is beveled to off
set the angle of the tie rood but I am not sure by a far cry. I keep leaning up to see over the spindle arm. |
