Weak Starter
89 ezgo gas 2 stroke weak starter,,starter is brand new,motor just rebuilt ,I have 12.5 vts at the battery and 10.5 at when it turns over and can't find any wires that have funny resistance reading,any thoughts?The motor does not turrn over fast enought to start

Motor might be tight, try jumpers from another battery to get it started? once running may be ok.

You have a bad battery. 10.5v means one cell is dropping out under load.

i tried another bat and I jumped it with a marine battery and still the same thing?

I would check for a bad connection, probably a ground. Feel all connects for heat as you try and start it.
