ez go suspension
need to stiffin up the suspension on my 95 ez go.can i take off the round aluminum mounts that the rear springs mount to and weld on a spring mount to the axle like a truck has?the mounts on my cart have a rubber bushing that goes around the axle for some reason and it is worn out alowing the cart to lean from side to side in corners.

Re: ez go suspension
The lean or "sway" is from tired springs, not the mounting bushings.
Stiffen up the springs and you should be good to go. |

Re: ez go suspension
I just bought a lift and heavy duty springs, but the will mount on top of the axle, so can the old position nub on top of the axle be ground off to support the lift and new springs? any issues??
