Check this out I saw this at a cart parts web site cool exhaust for the
stock ezgo 4 strokers...

i believe 240 is with the velocity stack and air filter (it is with the yamahas anyway)

Well I have used both the RCC pipe and the strech pipe, the first pipe on that listing, okay I was all stoked on doing a header from jakes or zemco, I was not very impressed with it, the welding looked like a 12yr olds first weld job, the baffels on the inside were rusted and the coating was not that great, I would just stick with either the Strech or RCC style exhaust,

Emotional horsepower (noise) is about all you'll get. You can get a better performance from a modified stock exhaust without all the noise...

modify it how, mike. my old muffler fouled up, so i bought another off ebay cheap. i have yet to do a muffler bbq on my old one, and was contemplating opening it up and, well, opening it up

I bought an RCC but my wife won't let me put it on, I'll say one thing about it, it's ceramic coated and a quality made part, plus comes with a larger carb jet.
