i need help with my fly (wheel)
could someone answer this one ;
on my robins 2 stroke that has the internal starter/ generator on the inside off the flywheel there is a nice shiny cam that attaches to the outside of the armature(not sure what it is called). all i no is that the points run at .015 around it , BUT is it suppose to be perfectly round ? mine is not it has 2 slightly flat spots on each side of a rise, i would say about 75% is round. it doesnt get any wear on it because the points dont even touch it. any help her would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !! THANKS, DEW |

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately, I had to figure that out the hard way (many test runs and a lot of mis-fires lol) |
