88 EZGO 2 stroke drive clutch install
I rebuilt the engine, and got it all together. I am trying to install the drive clutch onto the crank. I've got it most of the way down, but it looks like it needs to go on another inch. I put the bolt in, and tightened it down as tight as I can with a pneumatic 250 ft/lb impact driver, but I cant get it on any farther. The crank has a a step down on it, and the clutch is about an inch from that step. Any ideas or pictures of how far down your clutch is? Ive been searching, but havent found anything

I have an 88 and that inch is what I have, so I think you are good to go.

Awesome. I bought this thing completely disassembled, no pictures or anythng, so it's been quite a mystery putting this thing back together.
