Have "older" gas ezgo golf cart. Will only run for short spurts. Have replaced fuel lines and filter. Had generator/starter rebuilt - turns over fine with new battery installed. Appears like fuel starvation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. John

Re: john j
Pull the fuel line off the carburetor and crank the engine. Does a healthy dose of gas squirt out of the pipe? If not remove and clean the pump. Is this "older" cart a 2 cycle. If the crankshaft seals are shot you may not be generating enough pressure to work the pump.

First off, do a quick comp. Check and check the carb. For trash and clean well. Good flow to the pump ain't no good w/o a clean carb to use it.
