is this cart worth it?
I believe it is a 1990 workhorse 2 stroke.
man # E0590 needs a new rear clutch has a rear clutch sitting there that does not fit. the bore is too big. looks like it is a pre 88 clutch. The guy just put in a new rear end has rear bed, missing seat. pretty much everything else there. Guy wants $350 for it and I think i should be able to get him to $300. will the normal lift blocks work on this cart? i would want to lift it right away. Also how easy to get parts for it? |

Re: is this cart worth it?
You could make more than $300 on the parts if you were to sell them so your not going to lose at that price. I wouldn't pay more than that for it though beings its a non running 2 stroke cart.

Re: is this cart worth it?
I think you are going to be disappointed in the 2 stroke , powerwise......so what are you going to do with it? I say don't buy anything you wouldn't be happy to get stuck with? WANNA BUY some 48v carts?

Re: is this cart worth it?
Yah this would be cart number 3.
The purpose is not to be fast, it is to replace my sons 90cc quad. He wants a golf cart instead of his quad. My father-in-law try's to convince him that the quad is better. My 9 year old son just tells granpa the cart is easier to drive. both kids love that when their friends come over. Everyone can get on the cart with them. So this would get a cheap 4" block lift with 22" tires, good tune up. Thats about all it would get. I get a free pass to buy new tires and rims for my G16 |

Re: is this cart worth it?
I picked it up. he went down to $340. However, he loaded a box with a extra motor, 2 rear drive sheaves that I had not seen.
So I will sell both drive sheaves and maybe the motor also to get some money back Will post some pics in members rides next |
